With this rotation machine 3225 from Med80 (built by Gym80 but with medical device approval ) (Made in Germany!) you can train the lateral torso and abdominal muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The hip pads on the left and right are each adjustable in 5 levels, the upper back pad can be adjusted in length in 6 levels and the shoulder straps can be continuously adjusted in height or pulled closer to the body. After use they automatically move back up, supported by a gas pressure damper, which makes getting in and out easier. The rotation machine can be individually adjusted to the person training. The starting position can be set in a total of 10 levels, 5 levels each on the left and right. The fitness device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 85kg in 5kg steps.
The strength training device is also perfect for rehabilitation and medical patients as it is a medical device according to 93/42/EEC Class I (MPG and MDD Medical Devices Act) .
