Leg Press, 45 degree leg press from the Sygnum Plate loaded series by Gym80
The 45 degree leg press from the Sygnum series (identical to Pure Kraft) by Gym80 trains your thigh and hip extensor muscles and, thanks to the three-way adjustable backrest, offers you an optimal hip angle, which leads to an effective training stimulus. In addition, the wide footrest allows you to position your feet in a wide variety of ways. The risk of injury is minimized by the integrated weight stoppers. The difficulty level can be individually adjusted using the weight holders, making the leg press suitable for professional bodybuilders as well as beginners. The maximum resistance that can be applied using weight plates is 400kg according to the manufacturer; there are two holders for this = 200kg per side. There are also two weight plate racks inside the plate loaded leg press for storing the plates when they are not in use.
