This fitness circuit with 9 machines covers all major muscle groups in the human body. The power circuit works in two directions (protagonist and antagonist) thanks to a hydraulic system, enabling effective and fast training. No weights are required, and the training experience is very gentle and kind to the joints. A light column/traffic light allows you to control the circuit training. 20-30 minutes of training, 2-3 times a week, is enough for many people to noticeably strengthen their entire musculature, even in advanced age! The equipment is in good used condition and is completely overhauled both visually and technically before delivery. The circuit machines all come with new brown padding with the white Circular logo. A few years ago, Gym80 replaced some dampers under warranty. This allows the load to be adjusted separately for the forward and backward movements. Generally, the resistance can be easily adjusted to 6 levels. At levels 5 and 6, the machines offer enough resistance for men to use the circuit. The Technogym Easy-Line machines, for example, are equipped with significantly weaker hydraulic dampers. Get your hands on this fantastic circuit from the German manufacturer Gym80 now. The machines comply with the requirements of the Medical Devices Act (MPG) and are therefore also suitable for medical-therapeutic training.
