We've expanded the classic, compact half rack with a few additional training options. It features two different handles for pull-ups and the option to attach elastic bands to the designated pins. This allows you to progress with each exercise. This high-quality and extremely stable half rack allows you to safely and effectively perform simple squat and bench press exercises, as well as complex, interconnected exercises. The height-adjustable safety arms provide security during every exercise. The barbell rack is height-adjustable, allowing you to pick up and remove the weight comfortably and safely. Three additional pins on each side allow you to use elastic bands to increase the intensity and change the load curve. In the photos, you can see the optional rubber sports flooring . This set, specifically for the rack, is 6m² in size and equipped with corner and edge elements. The protective flooring can be purchased separately for €290 net.
