With this lying leg curl machine from Gym80 (MADE IN GERMANY) from the Edition Line or Classic Line, you can train the back leg muscles in isolation and gently. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The leg pad roller is adjustable in length to five levels. This allows the strength training device to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with a 55kg plug-in weight block . However, you can increase the weight in 2.5kg increments , making the exercise device easy to use even for older/weaker people.
