With the Gym80 Abdominal Crunch Machine, you can primarily strengthen your rectus abdominis muscles, as it replicates the movement of crunches/sit-ups, except that the exercise is performed while seated on the weight machine. The lower leg rest is adjustable in 12 positions, and the upper leg rest is freely adjustable, allowing the abdominal crunch machine to be easily adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with a large 105 kg weight stack with 5 kg increments.
