This Twist Left strength machine is not the original Hammer Strength Ground Base series, but it's a good replica. Technically and visually, it's almost indistinguishable from the original. Manufacturer unknown - we purchased this machine used. The plate-loaded strength machine is An effective training device for pushing and pulling simultaneously while resisting rotational forces. The Plate-Loaded Ground Base Twist Left is ideal for athletes who rely on left-sided rotational movements for maximum performance. The training handles are rubberized and extra long to allow all users to find a suitable starting position on the machine. The fitness device is equipped with two 50mm plate holders for loading the training weight. At the rear of the frame there are a total of two additional 50mm plate holders for storing the weight plates. Suitable weight plates are not included in delivery; these can be purchased from us as an optional extra .
