This Combo Twist strength machine is not the original Hammer Strength Ground Base series, but it's a good replica. Technically and visually, it's almost indistinguishable from the original. Manufacturer unknown - we purchased the machine used. The plate-loaded strength machine is An effective training device for pushing and pulling simultaneously while resisting rotational forces in both directions. The integrated movement pattern mimics the dynamic rotational demands of the sport and helps athletes improve core strength, coordination and the ability to control force in game scenarios. Photos of possible exercise executions can be found in our product photos. The training handles are rubberized and extra long to allow all users to find a suitable starting position on the device. The fitness device is equipped with four 50mm plate holders for loading the training weight, although only two can be used at a time in staggered positions to achieve the desired dynamic resistance movement. There are a total of two additional 50mm plate holders at the rear of the frame for storing the weight plates. Suitable weight plates are not included in delivery; these can be purchased from us as an optional extra .
