With this horizontal triceps machine from Gerva you can effectively but also gently train the various arm muscles such as triceps , forearms and wrists with a horizontal triceps movement similar to the Gym80 machine 3011. The arm is ball-bearing mounted and adapts to the joints during the movement, ensuring gentle training without a great risk of injury. The seat and back padding are adjustable to various levels, so the triceps extension can be adapted to any body size. In addition, the triceps machine offers a large, padded shelf for the arms for optimal training. The fitness device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 14 levels.
