With this bench press machine from Gerva enables safe and effective training of the chest muscles. The two arms work bilaterally and are DUAL independent of each other, like machines from Gym80 . The seat of the dual chest press can be adjusted in height to 6 levels. Two different grip options offer perfect handling during training. The fitness device is equipped with a large 100kg plug-in weight block . However, the weight can be increased in 5kg increments , making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people. There are also two different footrests, so the strength training device can be used by both taller and shorter people.
