G-Plate by POWRX, vibration plate with air suspension and touchscreen display
G-Plate by POWRX is the name of the new model from vibration plate specialist POWRX. The special feature of this innovative training device is its so-called "air suspension." Air has proven itself as a spring element not only in sports shoes and the automotive industry. With the G-Plate by POWRX, it's now also making its way into the world of training and fitness equipment .
The air suspension ensures that the G-Plate by POWRX is extremely quiet, even on difficult surfaces. The integrated compressor allows for adjustable damping: soft, medium, or hard are freely selectable. Another unique feature of the device is its 5.6-inch LCD touchscreen. Not only is the vibration plate incredibly easy to operate at the touch of a finger, it also offers ten pre-programmed training programs, each with text and explanations.
In addition to the preset programs, you can save three custom training programs, each with individually adjustable time, amplitude, and frequency. A special highlight of the brand-new Wave mode is that the vibration frequency changes from 25 to 35 Hz during the exercise. The speed or slowness of these "waves" is freely configurable. This constantly provides new stimuli for the muscles, resulting in an even better workout. The G-Plate by POWRX features a 78 x 60-centimeter training surface and two powerful motors with a combined output of 350 watts. These enable vibration frequencies ranging from 25 to 50 Hz, adjustable in 1 Hz increments. The amplitude, or stroke, can also be set to low or high.

It is not without reason that air suspension is predominantly used in the upper and luxury class of automobiles.
