Free Genius Lateral Pull, Lat Pulldown from Above with Cable Pull, Lat Machine, Pulldown
With this lateral pull , lat pulldown from above from Frei Genius you can train the back muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The exercise is carried out using a cable pull that has a carabiner. This means that you can use different grips with which you want to train on the pulldown machine . The leg support can be adjusted in height to 7 levels , so the lat pulldown machine can be individually adapted to your body size. You could also train your triceps while standing on the cable pull from above, for example. The pulldown is equipped with a 70kg plug-in weight block. However, you can increase the weight in small 5kg steps, making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people.
