With this torso rotator from Frei AG (Made in Germany) from the Genius Eco series, you can effectively train your oblique abdominal muscles and torso area. The starting angle can be adjusted to various positions to ensure optimal training. In addition, the seat height and the lateral hip pads can be adjusted in 6 steps. The back pad can also be adjusted in various steps. The upper body support can be adjusted in 8 steps. Due to this multitude of adjustment options, the rotation machine can be optimally adjusted to the user. The strength machine is equipped with a weight block of approx. 70kg in fine increments.
