With this abdominal machine from Frei in the Genius Eco series, you can train your straight abdominal muscles (abs) effectively but also gently.
The movement of this medical strength training device is similar to a sit-up. The seat's height can be adjusted to 6 different positions, and the backrest's angle can be adjusted to 8 different positions. The footrest also has 5 different adjustment options. The starting angle can also be adjusted to various positions. This wide range of adjustment options on this fitness device ensures optimal abdominal muscle training. The abdominal trainer is equipped with a 70 kg weight block . This is divided into 2.5 kg increments up to 30 kg and into 5 kg increments between 35 and 70 kg. The device also features a movement limiter that can be easily adjusted by the therapist/trainer. The monitor installed on the frame shown in the photos is no longer active and will be removed before sale.
