With this adjustable back extension bench from the Basic series by Frei Genius, you can train your lower back muscles in isolation and gently, but lateral training is also possible. The overall incline of the bench can be adjusted to four levels from 15 to 45° . The hip pad for the hyperextension is adjustable in length to ten levels. The leg rest is also adjustable to five levels, allowing the back extension bench to be individually adapted to your body size. This exercise equipment is also perfect for rehabilitation and medical patients, as it is a medical device according to 93/42/EEC Class I (MPG and MDD Medical Devices Act).
