This Freemotion G604 cable row machine is an effective training device for the upper back muscles. Various grips can be used due to the cable pull and attached carabiner hook, allowing for variable training at the Row Station and targeting different muscle areas. Additionally, the pulleys are 360° ball-bearing, so training can be done in all directions. One has the option to train with both or just a single cable pull. Training is possible both sitting and standing. The leg support is height-adjustable in various steps, allowing the fitness device to be adapted to any body size. At home, you could, for example, attach a bar or rope to the cable pull and then stand to one side to train the triceps downwards. The rowing machine is equipped with a large weight stack of 91kg, up to 23kg it can be increased in small 2.25kg increments, from 27kg the increments are then in 4.5kg steps, which is still small and provides a good opportunity for regular progression.
