With this Shoulder Press G601 from Freemotion you can train your shoulder muscles safely and effectively. The cable pulleys of the shoulder press have carabiners, so various grips can be used for training, in addition, the cable pulleys are 360° ball-bearing, allowing training in all directions. You have the option to train with both or just a single cable pull. Training is possible both sitting and standing. The fitness machine is equipped with a large selectorized weight stack of 68kg, up to 22.5kg it can be increased in small 2.25kg increments, from 27.2kg the increments are then in 4.5kg steps, which is still small and provides a good opportunity for regular progression.
