This cable chest press G600 from Freemotion allows for safe and effective training of the entire chest musculature. The pulleys of the Chest Press have carabiners, so various grips can be used for training. Additionally, the pulleys are 360° ball-bearing mounted, allowing for training in all directions. One has the option to train on both or just a single cable pull. Training is possible both sitting and standing. If you stand up and push the handles diagonally upwards, or just upwards, you could even train your shoulders. The bench press machine is equipped with a selectorized weight stack of 91kg, up to 22.5kg, it can be increased in small 2.25kg increments, from 27.2kg the increments are then in 4.5kg steps, which is still small and provides a good opportunity for regular progression.
