Freemotion Lat G620 - Cable Lat Pulldown, Lat Pulldown, Back Strength Training Machine from the Genesis Series, Used - Refurbished Condition
With this Lat Pulldown Machine G620 from Freemotion, you can train the upper back muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The exercise involves two cable pulls, each with a carabiner. You have the option to train with both or just one cable pull. The training is possible both seated and standing. The leg support is adjustable in height in several stages, allowing the lat pulldown machine to be individually adapted to body size. For example, you could also train your triceps while standing on the top cable pull with a suitable grip. The Pulldown is equipped with a 91kg selectorized weight stack; up to 45kg, it can be increased in small 4.5kg increments, and from 45kg, the increments are 9kg.
