This First Degree FDF Viking Pro V ( with smartphone holder ) FluidRower is inspired by the rugged strength of a Viking ship. It combines the patented, adjustable Fluid Resistance system to create the luxurious Viking Pro V. Built for performance, looks and reliability, this rowing machine sets a high standard in form and function. The Viking Pro V features 5 levels of adjustable Fluid Resistance through the patented Twin Tank system. At level 1, the Fluid Resistance is suitable for beginners, deconditioned participants or rehab patients just starting their fitness journey. Choose level 5 for high intensity interval training (HIIT) or short sprints. The Viking Pro V provides silky smooth resistance at any speed and at any level. With a firm, immediate grip and consistent resistance throughout the stroke, it provides the closest imitation of rowing on water, encouraging you to do a little bit more with every stroke. Premium, ethically sourced American Ash wood is used for the frame of the Viking Pro V. It features subtle, clean lines packed into a robust machine with all the features to make it a desirable piece of equipment in any facility. For such a high-flyer, this machine has a compact footprint and can be easily stored upright. It's also compatible with the optional FDF Backrest Kit for additional lumbar support and the Elevate Kit for easier access.
