The First Degree FDF Pacific Plus (formerly Pacific Challenge Rower AR Plus) FluidRower is a compact, home-use machine with all the features you need for any home workout routine. The Pacific Plus features 4 levels of adjustable fluid resistance. Level 1 provides fluid resistance for beginners, those recovering from rehabilitation, or those just beginning their fitness journey. Level 4 provides high intensity for athletes, interval training (HIIT), or short sprints. The aluminum seat rail and molded steel frame enclose the adjustable fluid resistance system, making it a very durable machine. The Pacific Plus provides silky-smooth resistance at any speed and level, with a firm instant stop and consistent resistance throughout the entire stroke. The pivoting footplates improve ergonomics for less flexible or deconditioned users, and the molded and textured seat ensures a smooth glide with every stroke. The transport wheels make it easy to move, and it is designed to be stored vertically, creating a minimal footprint when not in use.
