The First Degree FluidExercise E850 (formerly First Degree Rower E820) Upper Body Ergometer (UBE) is a high-quality, heavy-duty, commercial, bidirectional arm ergometer for standing and seated positions. The resistance on the E850 can be adjusted using our patented 10-position adjustable fluid resistance twin tank. The resistance is silky smooth at any speed, allowing you to choose a pace that suits you, regardless of the resistance setting. The adjustable fluid resistance can be quickly and easily adjusted from "feather-light" to "Olympic-level" and works in both forward and reverse directions for total muscle engagement. You can even change the resistance and direction mid-workout. The E850's seat can be completely removed for access to the resistance ball and for standing. The ability to adjust the seating position and crank height ensures ergonomics meet most individual needs. The E850 UBE is the ideal addition to a variety of training and rehabilitation applications, including cardio, core, and shoulder girdle exercises. The E850 has the added advantage of not requiring an external power supply, allowing it to be placed on any flat surface in your fitness facility or at home.
