Since the upgrade to the XL Tank, the Apollo XL features 10 levels of adjustable fluid resistance, provided by the patented XL Twin Tank system. At level 1, the fluid resistance is suitable for beginners, deconditioned participants, or rehab patients just beginning their fitness journey. Choose level 10 for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or short sprints. The Apollo XL provides silky-smooth resistance at any speed and at any level. With a firm, instant grip and consistent resistance throughout the stroke, it provides the closest imitation of rowing on water, encouraging you to push yourself to do a little more with every stroke.
