The Apollo Pro V features 5 levels of adjustable fluid resistance provided by the patented Twin Tank System. At level 1, the fluid resistance is suitable for beginners, deconditioned participants, or rehab patients just beginning their fitness journey. Choose level 5 for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or short sprints. The Apollo Pro V provides silky-smooth resistance at any speed and at any level. The Apollo Pro V provides a firm, instant grip and consistent resistance throughout the stroke, providing the closest experience to rowing on water, encouraging you to push a little harder with each stroke. The Apollo Pro V has a compact footprint and can be easily stored on its side. It is also compatible with the optional FDF seat back kit for additional lumbar support and the Elevate kit for easier access for mounting and dismounting.
