The Bio Force Extreme generates training resistance using nitrogen cylinder technology derived from space travel. Thanks to the innovative resistance technology, the pull on the cables is particularly even, allowing for momentum-free training that is similar to professional isokinetic training. Training the way you want it

• The Bio Force Extreme Sixpack Plus from FINNLO proves that effective muscle-building training is possible at home, without the need for a gym. The sturdy frame of the Bio Force Extreme features four pull points on each side at shoulder height, to which the pulleys can be attached. This allows you to individually adjust the grip width for pulling and pushing exercises and create various exercise variations.

• The upper pull points also allow for vertical pulling exercises, which are especially important for back and abdominal muscle training. The height-adjustable seat cushion allows even tall users over 1.80 m tall to effectively utilize the full range of motion.

• The lower pull points are used for connecting to the leg extension module or for exercises with a pull direction from below. Top exercises on the low cable pulley include lateral raises, squats, deadlifts, rows, curls, variations of the butterfly, and shoulder presses.
