Farmers Walk Handle
These Farmers Walk Handles are very compact yet professional in handling and heavy-duty. The Mini Farmers Walk handles allow you to carry, lift, and walk with heavy loads, a basic discipline in strongman training. They are also excellent for training grip strength. Made entirely of steel with a black coating. They accommodate a 50 mm diameter weight plate. The overhanging handle position allows for a slight spread when loaded. This ensures optimal legroom and minimizes the risk of injury.
