Extrafit Foot Circuit - Seven stations for targeted training of foot sensory functions

Feet determine our lives. They are the body's connection to the ground. When we're not sitting or lying down, we stand on them. But evolution didn't actually intend for our feet to be stuck in tight shoes for hours. Ideally, we'd go barefoot – but we rarely have that opportunity, except on vacation.
The sensory function, strength, and flexibility of our foot muscles are underdeveloped in most people due to prolonged use of shoes. The longitudinal and transverse arches of the foot are impaired, sometimes resulting in significant changes in the toes and ankle joints.
The foot circuit provides relief: Seven stations help the trainees to rediscover a feeling for their feet and to build them up at the same time.
With the foot circuit, you create a solid connection and get back on track. The foot circuit requires approximately 5-8 square meters of space and gives your training area a clear focus: We focus holistically on our members and patients.
