With this triceps machine from the 4000 series by Ergo Fit (MADE IN GERMANY) you can effectively but also gently train the rear arm muscles, i.e. the triceps , with a horizontal triceps movement . The seat has 8 height settings. The back padding can also be adjusted to 8 incline settings, meaning the V-triceps extension can be adapted to any body size, and the back padding prevents you from cheating during the exercise. The triceps machine also offers an angled rest for your arms and elbows for optimal training. The strength training device is equipped with a 60 kg plug-in weight block in 5 kg increments.
