With this shoulder press from Ergo-Fit (MADE IN GERMANY), you can safely and effectively train your shoulder muscles and, to some extent, your chest muscles. The two different grip options allow for a variety of training options on the shoulder press . The seat is height-adjustable to seven different levels, allowing the shoulder press to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness machine is equipped with a large plug-in weight block with a capacity of 112.5 kg in 7.5 kg increments, making this strength training device suitable for both advanced athletes and older/weaker people.
