Ergo-Fit Recumbent 3000 recumbent ergometer
The ergonomically shaped backrest and special seating position provide optimal relief for the spine, improving cardiovascular function without annoying back pain. The low entry allows even people with knee or hip problems to use the machine without having to raise their legs too much (as with a conventional ergometer).The Ergo-Fit Recumbent 3000 is perfect for effective cardio training of the cardiovascular system, also for increasing performance and endurance. The initial resistance is only 15 watts, allowing even those with limited stamina/fitness or limitations, such as those due to previous injury or surgery, to enjoy light and easy training to rebuild endurance and muscle tone. The machines are equipped with a Polar heart rate receiver, allowing control via the display. Various training programs are available. The seat can be adjusted in length to over 26 different positions. The handlebars next to the seat provide safety and stability when desired. This machine is the predecessor of the current Ergo-fit Recumbent 4000 / 4100.
