With this lat pulldown machine from the 4000 series by Ergo-Fit you can train your back muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The pulldown has rotating, rubberized handles, which provide a good grip during fitness training. The seat is hydraulically height-adjustable , so the lat pulldown machine can be individually adapted to your body size. The highlight of this machine are the rotating, ball-bearing handles, which relieve pressure on the wrists and allow for various grip positions to more specifically target the different muscle groups in the back. The pulldown is equipped with a 75kg plug-in weight block. Nevertheless, you can increase the weight in small 2.5kg or 5kg increments (depending on whether the fine weight gradation is activated), making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people.
