With this 45° back extension bench from Ergo-Fit, you can train your lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The hip pad for the hyperextension features a cutout in the middle and is height-adjustable, allowing the back extension bench to be individually adjusted to your body size. The footrest is non-slip and padded at the heel.
