The elliptical trainer eliminates the need for shock absorption after the flight phase. This cross trainer also allows for the use of the flexible arms; the full-body workout aspect sets the cross trainer apart from most cardiovascular machines.

The equipment is disassembled and cleaned, and wear parts such as drive belts, V-belts, ball bearings, bushings, carbon brushes, etc. are replaced with original spare parts . If necessary, panels, displays, pedals, and other parts are also replaced. Additionally, paint defects are repaired/repainted, and the entire equipment is thoroughly tested again after assembly.
