Adjustable leg press - Leg Press 4000 by ErgoFit
The Leg Press from the 4000 series by Ergo-Fit allows for an upright posture and is therefore ideal for beginners and users who have taken a longer break. The large footplate allows for multiple foot positions and is extra non-slip. The power is transferred through the hips and not the knees, thus relieving pressure on the spine. The starting position is variably adjustable, allowing the leg press to be individually adapted to body size and leg length. Training is therefore possible for both short and tall people with excellent biomechanics (similar to a functional press). The backrest incline can also be adjusted to three levels, depending on whether you prefer a more upright or semi-reclining position. The Leg Press is equipped with a large 172.5 kg plug-in weight block in 7.5 kg increments. You can also use the 2.5 kg additional weight for small increases.
