Extremely simple operation, durability, and quality characterize the Cardio-Line 3000 from Ergo-Fit. With this device, the upper body muscles can be warmed up without placing one-sided strain on the muscles being trained. It is also ideal for beginners or people recovering from an injury or surgery, as this type of training can be carried out over a longer period of time without overloading the cardiovascular system. Nevertheless, effective training can of course be carried out if desired, in order to train and strengthen the cardiovascular system, fitness, and muscles. The handlebars are mounted on ball bearings and rotate, making them particularly gentle on the wrists. Training in forward and backward movements is possible. The length of the handlebars and thus the diameter of the movement curve can be adjusted in 10 steps to ensure perfect biomechanics for tall and short people. In addition, the seat can be adjusted in several steps on the X and Y axes. The devices are equipped with a Polar heart rate receiver, allowing control via the display. Various training programs are available. The device is the predecessor of the current Ergo-fit hand ergometer 4000 / 4100
