The fitness device is equipped with a 60kg weight block with 5kg increments. The upper body carriage (including padding and handles) can be adjusted horizontally and vertically in various stages. In addition, the leg pads are adjustable in width and the seat height can be adjusted in 6 stages. This means that the training device can be perfectly adapted to all body sizes. The starting position can also be adjusted several times using a knob. The rotation movement can be performed to the right or to the left.
