With this abdominal flexion and back extension machine from Dynamed Stolzenberg you can train your abdominal muscles (abs) and lower back muscles effectively but also gently.
The starting position of the combination machine can be adjusted to 10 different positions, depending on which muscle you want to train. The footrest angle can also be adjusted to 7 different positions, the seat cushion can be adjusted to 7 different positions, and the backrest height can be adjusted to 6 different positions. Furthermore, the position of the padded roller can be adjusted to 12 different positions. This allows the fitness machine to be adapted to any body size and exercise. The abdominal and back machine is equipped with a 60 kg weight stack in 5 kg increments.
