The David 400 Pullover is a true rarity among oldschool bodybuilding equipment and is considered a classic for intensive upper body training. This large version is equipped with a 190 kg (400 lbs) weight stack and thus offers enormous training reserves even for advanced athletes. The seat of the pullover machine is height adjustable in 15 increments.
The pullover machine enables an effective isolation exercise for the latissimus and chest muscles, with smooth and guided movement execution.
