With this rowing machine with chest support from Danksport, you train your upper back muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The chest support of the rowing machine is adjustable in various positions, and the seat height can also be adjusted in various positions, supported by a gas spring. Additionally, you can train with two different grip positions on the rowing machine. The training arms are also ball-bearing and adjust in height to the size of the person exercising. The fitness equipment is equipped with a selectorized weight stack with 80kg in 5kg increments.
