With this seated leg extension from DankSport, you can train your thigh and leg extensor muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The backrest is adjustable in length in 5 steps, allowing the strength training device to be individually adapted to body size. The weight can be individually increased via the 50mm plate holder.
