With this lat isolator from Cybex , you can train your upper back muscles in isolation and gently using a rowing motion. The rowing machine features rubberized handles for comfortable handling during your workout. The chest support is adjustable in 8 different lengths, allowing the rowing machine to be individually tailored to your body size. The seat also has 6 height settings. The fitness machine is equipped with a large 130.5 kg weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in 2.25 kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker users.
