Biceps machine, arm curl from Cybex
The bicep machine from Cybex is a simple but effective training device for the biceps and forearms . The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The curved handles allow each user to easily find their preferred training position. The handles are also ball-bearing mounted on the bar in the middle, allowing for joint-friendly training without straining the wrists. The seat is height-adjustable to 7 levels, so the biceps machine can be easily adapted to any body size. The arm curl is equipped with a plug-in weight block with a maximum of 150 lbs = 68 kg. The levels increase in 12.5 lbs = 5.6 kg steps. The weight can also be increased in finer steps (approx. 2.5 - 3 kg) using the additional weight that can be attached (on the outside of the frame).
