With the Crunch UP abdominal trainer, you can effectively train your rectus abdominis muscles as well as your oblique abdominal muscles. The seat can be adjusted to both sides in 3 stages and to the center. This makes the fitness device both an abdominal trainer and a rotation machine. The abdominal trainer has two plate holders, so the training intensity can be individually adjusted.
