Competition Line Triceps Machine Dip, Triceps Extension Dip
With this seated triceps machine from Competition Line you can effectively train various muscles such as triceps , chest and shoulders with a dip movement . The seat has 7 height settings and the handles of the triceps extension dip machine can be adjusted to a narrow or wide position. The long handles offer different grip positions for versatile training, e.g. slightly in front of or slightly behind the body. The two padded rollers allow you to clamp the legs/feet in to achieve more stability during the exercise. The fitness device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 18 levels.
