Used circuit machines from Calory Coach (SDH) with display & electrical adjustment of the resistance & displays - similar to Mrs. Sporty or similar.
The big advantage of these circuit machines is that almost all of them are 2-in-1 combination machines that have resistance in both directions of movement, thus allowing training of both agonist and antagonist muscles at the same time.
The resistance can be adjusted separately for each movement (forward and backward) and the intensity can be adjusted from 1-8 levels via the display at the touch of a button.
This circuit operates with a powerful hydraulic system . At levels 7-8, even men can train effectively on the circuit. The machines have a battery that lasts approximately 2-3 weeks on a single charge and can be fully recharged in approximately 4 hours. This eliminates the need for a permanent power supply.

The devices are made in Germany and robustly built. Thanks to their efficient design, they require very little space; the required compass footprint is approximately 20-30 square meters.
