With this glute machine from Bruns, you can train your glutes and buttocks in isolation and gently. The design of the machine is reminiscent of a reverse hyper extension. The upper body padding, including the handlebars, is adjustable to five different heights, and the leg pads are height-adjustable to three different heights, allowing you to customize the glute machine to your individual height. The fitness machine is equipped with its own plug-in weight block on each side, offering six different height settings.
