The bar is adjustable (3D) in 3 dimensions: horizontally and vertically! The bar of the multi-press can be adjusted in multiple ways to perfectly adapt to every workout and every person. There are nine different heights for storing the bar. The rack also features two handles at the top for performing pull-ups.
