With this Ab Machine from Teuwsen Sports Equipment, you can train your abdominal muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The exercises on the Ab Bench can be made even more difficult by using plate loading. Various grips can be attached using the carabiner. By pulling slightly to the side during the sit-up/crunch movement, you can target not only the rectus abdominis but also the obliques. The plate holder has a 30mm diameter, but can optionally be increased to 50mm with an adapter from us. Additionally, there are two holders on the frame for storing weight plates.
