The ATX Safety Squat Bar allows you to perform your squat training with extreme comfort and safety. The geometry of the barbell, with its forward-shifted center of gravity, enables you to perform squats with a straight back and a nearly upright torso. This contributes to a more effective and joint-friendly workout. Another advantage is that the barbell rests on your shoulders without the need for your hands. This allows you to hold onto the rack with your free hands for support during your workout.
