The ATX Safety Squat Bar allows you to perform your squat training extremely comfortably and safely. The geometry of the barbell, with its center of gravity shifted forward, enables you to perform squats with a straight back and an almost upright upper body. This contributes to joint-friendly and more effective training. Another advantage is that the barbell remains on your shoulders without the need for your hands. This offers you the opportunity to hold on to the rack for support with your free hands during training.
