Description:
The pedulum squat is a specialized squat machine . The primary muscle group targeted is the quadriceps (front thigh muscles).
The machine has two opposing weight plate holders. The main weight is placed on the back, while an individually selectable counterweight is placed on the opposite side, which counteracts the main weight in the lower exercise position and thus reduces the load in the lower position. This machine therefore makes it practically easier to get out of the "deep squat." Not only deep squats, but also partial squats can be performed very efficiently on this machine. The ingenious angle of the footplate to the back padding provides excellent and secure hip support. Partial squats without full hip extension can therefore be performed safely. Anyone who wants to really pump up and grow their quadriceps should get this machine.
